This is the story of four small, home-based businesses in an Amish & Mennonite community. Each one faces their own challenges as they grow and work together in business. Each one seeks to build more than just a profitable business. They are seeking to build great relationships within their community.

The underlying goal of these stories are to give insight into relationships. In each story there are four primary characters representing the four temperaments in the DISC model of human behavior. All the character names starting with D, I, S or C, have a personality that corresponds with that DISC letter. Join us as we work through the many relational and operational challenges of these small businesses.
